Tutorial Steps:
Step 11
Use sharp scissors or knife to cut hands and feet off. Feel
really guilty.

Step 12
Hands and feet ready to go. (If you use a different brand of
doll parts, please make sure they are hollow, like these.)

Step 13
I used a Dremel to sand a groove around the ankles and wrists.
You might be able to do the same thing by carving carefully with a
sharp knife, or using a file or sturdy sandpaper.

Step 14
Get some two-part epoxy putty, like plumbers' putty or Apoxie. I
think this is Gapoxio. It all works fine.

Step 15
Take equal parts of both compounds and kneed them together
according to package directions.

Step 16
Push the blended putty down into the vinyl ankles and wrists.
Then jam the arm and leg ends of the armature into the hands and
feet and let harden. You can use more putty to fill in around the
gaps between the vinyl and the armature. I let it harden
overnight.

Step 17
The armature with hands and feet almost all applied.( I haven't
changed the neckpiece to a + connector on this one yet. I will
before the doll's "skin" goes on.)

Step 18
You will use batting to pad and "flesh out" the figure. You need
to use polyester or cotton quilt batting, or the kind of fiber-fill
that comes in a roll. Don't use loose fluff. This stuff doesn't say
batting on it, but it can be unrolled into a large flat blanket
shape.

Step 19
Roll out two or more feet of batting.

Step 20
Cut a 2 inch strip with scissors.
